| The Youth Tri-Sport Tekvest is the ultimate upper body protector for any off-road motorcycle, ATV or snowmobile rider between the ages of 8 and 12. It is designed to be worn under a conventional off-road jacket or over a light jersey in warmer conditions. • Tough 1000D Cordura front shell incorporating 2 hand pockets. Black with grey accent. Nylon mesh back with ventilated armor. • Closed-cell foam & plastic laminate armor provides a level of all-round protection currently not available in dirt market. • Armor configuration similar to Youth Pro Lite SnoX Tekvest, now used by more snowmobile racers than any other product. • Armor does not absorb water and will provide some emergency flotation (NOT Coast Guard approved). • Action-cut for the full range of motion that any dual sport/ATV rider will experience. • Built with lots of waist adjustment for many years of use as your kid grows, will not ride up or tap your helmet! • Excellent back support and “electric blanket” type warmth for the lower back and kidney areas for cold weather riding. • 3MM reflective piping for increased visibility. • Steel D Ring for tether cord. • Shoulder pads come standard with Youth models • Exposed plastic panels sewn into upper shoulder&opt shoulder pads, great for decals & snag-free bush bashing. • Patterned after the innovative & highly successful Sport Tekvest which has been on the snowmobile market since 1998. ** Ready to use as is for snowmobiling!
